One of our last projects consisted of total refurbishment of old pub and turning it into modern BAR.
Here are some of the works we have done:
- new plumbing system and electric installation. It is worth mentioning this property is commercial, so all required certificates are also commercial and comply to all necessary regulations
- fitting of new system against fire
- alarm and CCTV fitting
- lower level stairs (staircase) has been removd and new opening created. Exceptional new built staircase has been made of concrete and oak
- new bars, seats, tables and also dj console have been made in our joinery workshop
- Architect’s design required using a lot of glass surfaces. All materials were ordered and fitted by Maxus
